Type CZ05 Slot insulation machine updated

Congratulation! Our horizontal slot insulation machine type CZ05 is updated now.This type has the single slot shape.

The dimension of this machine is 1500mm(L) * 1200mm(W) * 1650mm(H) with about 600kg weight.Power supply is 380v/ 50Hz Three-phase four-wire. Power requirement is 1.5kw. 

Air pressure needs 0.4- 0.7Mpa.Its paper feeding length is 15mm-42mm.Tact time is 0.6-1s/slot. 

0.15mm-0.35mm  is the max thickness of insulation paper can be used in this machine.

If your stator Max O.D. is φ210mm, I.D. range from φ40mm-φ140mm and stack height 10mm-180mm, this machine is able to meet your insulating requirement. The height of edge folded can be changed from 3mm-7mm while using.
