Congratulation. Our slot insulation machine type CZ23 is updated now.This type is used for excitation.

The dimension of this machine is 1240mm(L) * 1150mm(W) * 1400mm(H) with about 550kg weight.Power supply is 380v/ 50Hz Three-phase four-wire. Power requirement is 2.2kw. 

Air pressure needs 0.5- 0.8Mpa.Its paper feeding length is 15mm-42mm.Tact time is 0.7-1s/slot. 

0.15mm-0.3mm  is the max thickness of insulation paper can be used in this machine.

If your stator Max O.D. is φ400mm, I.D. range from φ40mm-φ100mm and stack height 10mm-100mm, this machine is able to meet your insulating requirement. The height of edge folded can be changed from 3mm-7mm while using.
