New type middle forming machine FZ01 for Car generator motor created

Type is FZ01, avaliable for Car generator motor.

It can shape the stator end coil OD, ID and height approaching to required size via initial extruding, and good for the next coil lacing process,with single-tooth slot insulation protective device. It is driven by hydraulic system; PLC programming; whole schematic design of inner expansion, outer wrapping and edge forming ensures appropriate winding outside dimension.

Dimension is 1100mm(L) X 500mm(W) X 2200mm(H)

Power supply is 220V ,power is 1.5KW.

Its displacement of oil pump is pneumatic 0.4-0.8MPa.

It fits φ75mm- φ120mm (ID range) stator with 15-35mm stack height.

If Max stator O.D. is 160mm, it's still effective.
