CNC cutting machine safety procedures and attentions

The first one is preventing electric shock.

1、 When the electricity or the machine is running, please do not touch any electrical components within the electrical cabinet and operation table. Otherwise it will cause the electric shock.

2、 Please do not touch any switch knob with wet hands so as to prevent electric shock.

3、 Please don't charged for line inspection or replace electrical components, or you will get an electric shock or injury.

4、 Have the corresponding technical qualifications of the repair personnel, and should be strict in accordance with the requirements of electrical repair technology can repair the equipment in order to prevent accidents.

The second one is to prevent fire.

1、Raw materials the cutting machine is flammable gas such as acetylene, propane, liquefied gas. Therefore, regularly check the gas path is sealed.

2、 The air source part cutting machine should be away from fire, and put the normal performance of the carbon dioxide or other appropriate fire extinguishing installations in the vicinity.

3、 In fire control, operation personnel should  control in time, so as to avoid fire.

The third one is to prevent damage.

1、In cutting machine operation， we should pay attention to the front if there are people or other objects, so as not to be knocked down.

2、Each time after cutting, should enhance the torch to a height, so as not to run into steel, damaged cutting torch.

3、 Mechanical repair personnel shall ensure that in stop working state machines in repair and maintenance. And hang them, so as to avoid the machine suddenly run for the accident happened.

4、In the machine run for long periods of time, and may not directly touch the radiator module and heating other devices by hand, so as not to burn.
