To ensure the normal operation of a coil winding machine, the daily inspection and proper operation are obbligato crucial steps. First of all you should set up the equipment handbook for daily recording and referring of equipment’s operation condition and problems. Before working, examine the table, wire displacement guide rails and major sliding surface carefully, clean up, tidy up and add oil if there’s any obstacle, tool or sundries. Carefully check if there’s any new drawing,   compressing, or hitting damages for the equipment moving mechanism, if there is you should check and analyse if this is caused by the breakdown together with equipment personnel, and make good record. Check if safety guarding, power supply, and limit etc. devices complete and in good condition, the electric cabinet should be firmly shut, electric good earth wiring, check if the equipment accessory is good. The wire wheels, wool felt clips, wire feeding mechanism and ceramic components etc. should be complete and in good condition, correct installation. Run the machine without load to inspect if it runs smoothly without abnormal noise and so on. Although they are tedious works, it can effectively determine whether the device is in good condition and prevent breakdown happening.
         After checking if there is no abnormalities, then you can start winding machine normally for the job. The operators should strictly follow the rule during the operation, there are many unwitting operations which will damage to the equipment, you should be careful operation, don’t do any thing irrelevant to the work. When you want to leave for affair you should stop it , shut off the power supply, air supply, it should do the winding according to the process stipulation. Using thicker wire, turn numbers and winding speed at random is not allowed, supergage, overload and over weight using of coil winding machine is also not allowed. The winding shafts, mould should be correctly fixed, extension handle to increase torque fastening methods of mould is not allowed, the mechanical variable speed, mould fixing, adjusting to the main shaft and wire displacement mechanism should be conducted after machine stops. It is not allowed to remove the safety protecting devices of the machine by selves, all the protecting devices are for the operator’s safety in case of abnormal condition, it is not allowed to place the tools, workpiece and other sundries directly on the coil winding machine especially the wire displacement lead screw and within the diameter of coil winding, keep a close eye to operation condition, if find action failure, shakes, calorification, crawl, noise, peculiar smell, and impacts etc., the machine must be stopped at once, only continuous to work after breakdown clearing.
         You should correctly stop and tidy the machine after job finishes. First of all switch electric and pneumatic operating switches to non-work positions, stop the machine totally, shut off the power supply, air supply and clean the sundries left on the equipment during winding process. Add the oils to wire displacement and feeding shaft mechanisms etc. carefully, and complete the device handbook record seriously.
