QX45 Double strocke coil inserting machine

Adopts MITSUBISHI AC servo motor system(Japan) as source of active force; double stroke to push the coil transferring to stack. Adopt three servo motor to drive the stripper,  pusher and blade table, stripper and blade table individual and drive stripper and blade table individual or at the same time, the function can greatly reduce the force for coil while inserting.It is good for slot filling factor motor. Coil inserting way: the coil winding machine winds the coils directly on the mould head, it do the coil insertion via mould head replacement, no need labor do the 2nd coil hanging.
