QX22 Coil inserting machine (servo/with indexing)

It adopts an AC servo motor and hydraulic driving system, an AC frequency conversion speed regulation system, and a pneumatic system, and an integrated industrial PLC. The slot wedges identify the fixed-length auto feeding, cutting, forming, and inserting into stator with coils. The inserting speed of coil can be set piecewise. Such optional functions like inserter head turning for wire hanging, cutting nicks on slot wedge and automatically protecting slot insulation can be added.

Equipped with the manmachine interface, it is endowed with the functions of status display, fault alarm and various parameter setting, etc, also features a wide range of accommodation, a high degree of automation, a compact structure and simple operation and maintenance.

It has stator indexing, which makes worker to load the coils on the mould much easily and correctly.
